Printing Technologies
We specialize in two major printing methods — Lithographic (Offset) Printing and Flexographic (Watermark) Printing.
Offset Printing
Offset printing transfers ink from a plate to a rubber blanket, then onto the printing surface.
This technique delivers rich colors, sharp details, and consistent results — ideal for packaging that requires vibrant graphics and fine finishes.
Flexographic Printing
Flexographic printing uses flexible plates mounted on rotating cylinders.Ink is evenly distributed through an anilox roller to create smooth, precise prints. The process includes quick drying to prevent smudging and maintain clarity — perfect for corrugated and large-volume packaging production.
Process & Quality Assurance
Before production, our designers carefully inspect and calibrate every color and detail to avoid variation or misalignment.
Printing proofs are created for customer confirmation, ensuring that every element matches the approved design.
Once approved, printing plates are produced on advanced GAOBAO and Koda CTP systems, then automatically mounted on presses such as Heidelberg Speedmaster, Man Roland, and Ryobi.
Our German Man Roland press supports sheets up to 119 × 162 cm, one of the largest and most advanced in the world — delivering exceptional efficiency and precision.
